Refund Policy

We want you to love your order from Poppy’s Pressies. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
 

1. Returns
 

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

     

2. Non-Returnable Items
 

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
 

  • Personalised or custom-made products.

  • Perishable items (e.g. food).

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Digital/downloadable products.
     

3. Refunds
 

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
     

4. Exchanges
 

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first at poppy@poppyspressies.com

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
     

5. Faulty or Damaged Items
 

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
     

6. How to Return an Item
 

  1. Contact us at poppy@poppyspressies.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and use a tracked service if possible.

  4. Keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
